Lega after dgr good news from CIMB BANK.This time our housing loan apply thru company.Benefit the company will pay sket interest for the housing laon and the rest pay by us. Tapi malang, we cannot get 30 years for the housing loan.Husband manage to get only 26 years depends on the age and years on retirement with the company which is 60 years.

Actually, we had gone thru few phase of the housing loan.1st, sign offer letter with CIMB Bank.2nd,pergi sign surat tanah in front of D.O since rumah yg dibeli berstatus Malay Custody Land (MCL). 3rd, bayar lawyer utk between us dgn developer and us with CIMB.At first, the bill makes us shock bcos RM14k and yg paling terkejut, the lawyer firm mintak lump sum terus. After negotiation, we request to pay twice.Yg paling happy, they give some discount around RM2k and mention psl remission 50%.Since, we never use on the 1st house, it is applicable utk 2nd house.Everthing need to pay sendiri since husband dh pernah withdraw KWSP utk 1st house.So total lawyer fee RM8800.

The 50% stamp duty remission for adjudication of sale & purchase transaction of 1st time purchaser for property below RM350K takes effect from 01.01.2011 until 30.12.2012 via a Stamp Duty order (Remittance) No.3 2010 as of 03.12.2010. The stamp duty remittance is on the adjudication of sale & purchase agreement, not on bank legal charge. Therefore, the stamp duty payable on the legal charge applies as usual.
